The peppermint smell is strong and if you’re afraid of peppermint, you would love this product. It is as hot as I expected, but for me, it will take some time getting used to the scent. No regrets buying this product.

I like that the adhesive problem has been solved. There were, some time ago, some batches of patches that came off during sleep.They stick firmly and cause no irritation, at least to me. By separating the nose wings, it eases breathing during sleep.

This product was recommended by my ENT doctor. After 3 days of use I start to see the effects, I can breathe better.
