2. Product Classification

All products available for order through our platform are non-prescription (non-Rx) over-the-counter products, food supplements, or cosmetics. None of these products legally require restricted medical “cold chain” transport (such as strict 2°C–8°C specialized pharmaceutical logistics).

3. Customer’s Responsibility for Temperature Control & Storage Conditions

Certain products, including probiotics, dietary supplements, and cosmetics, may have manufacturer-recommended storage thresholds (e.g., to be kept in a dry place below 25°C).

• LIKI24 does not track, verify, or inform customers about the individual temperature requirements of ordered products.
• It is solely your responsibility as a customer to review the product packaging, leaflets, or manufacturer instructions before ordering to understand the correct storage and thermal conditions required for your items.

4. Shipping Risks & Liability Waiver

Standard courier and express delivery services available on our platform provide general-purpose freight shipping and do not guarantee climate-controlled or temperature-regulated transport conditions.

If you choose a standard delivery option for a product that is sensitive to ambient heat (including temperatures around or below 25°C during summer months), you assume the entire risk for the transport.

BY PROCEEDING WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• LIKI24 does not guarantee and assumes no liability for the ambient thermal conditions inside the carrier’s vehicles during transit.
• You choose the delivery method and carrier at your own discretion and entirely at your own risk.
• Neither LIKI24 nor the selected carrier shall be held liable for any potential product degradation, reduction in live culture efficiency (e.g., for probiotics), modification of composition, or loss of properties resulting from standard non-temperature-controlled transportation.

The final choice and responsibility for the delivery option remain entirely yours.
