POSCA PC-3M with fine tip can be used for coloring, drawing and drawing precise lines.
By drawing precise and dense lines, this marker helps to personalize, create, decorate and/or mark objects that inspire you.
The ink is permanent on porous surfaces and resistant to water and light.

Features:
The colors are soluble in water, can be diluted to obtain gradient effects and can be mixed with each other to obtain new shades (as long as the ink is wet, not dry).
New layers of color can be applied after the previous layer dries.
The Posca marker uses water-based acrylic ink, which is non-toxic and safe to use. It dries quickly and has good resistance to water and fading.
Permanent on porous surfaces and non-permanent on glossy surfaces. Resistance to UV rays. The paint contained in the markers has a high covering power, an opaque effect at the base and by diluting it with water, a watercolor effect can be obtained.
Tip : It can be removed and used with the other end or washed with water (tips can be replaced, thus extending the life of the marker) unlike other types of markers and pens where the tip is fixed, it cannot be removed! If it dries, it can be left to soak in water overnight! The conical tip and thin body allow you to work with ease.
Thickness of the writing line: 0.9 - 1.3 mm . It allows drawing a consistent and safe line. This makes it ideal for drawing, illustrations and any other application that requires precision.

Valve : MISTUBISHI PENCIL has developed a unique valve mechanism, guaranteeing the perfect sealing of the marker and thus allowing the paint to be preserved for a longer time. The same mechanism allows POSCA to be primed at the beginning of use and to restore the tip as often as necessary during use.
Ball : To ensure a consistent texture from start to finish, a small ball is placed inside the marker to mix the POSCA paint. To mix the ink, just shake the marker (with the cap on).
Cover : The cover ensures a long life of the marker. The color of the cap shows the color of the paint inside the marker. It is recommended not to leave the marker without a cap!

How to use :

Preparing the POSCA Marker : Shake the marker up and down with the cap on. The ball inside the marker, whose characteristic noise you will hear, mixes the paint inside the POSCA marker.
Priming and testing the marker : Press the tip several times on a piece of paper until the tip is filled with paint. Test the flow on paper – if the line is clear, the POSCA marker is primed. It is useful to keep a cloth handy to easily clean the tip or to absorb any excess paint.
Restarting : If the paint flow becomes smaller during use, shake the marker again taking care to put the cap on to avoid paint splashes.
Cleaning : If necessary, you can clean the tip under the tap as often as you like. If it becomes very dry, you can even let it soak in water overnight.
Tip replacement : If the tip is damaged, it can be rotated or even replaced with a new tip purchased separately. Replaceable tips: PC-1M, PC-3M, PC-5M, PC-7M, PC-8K, PC-17K. Reversible tips: PC-3M and PC-5M.
If a tip becomes dry (for example, if the cap was not closed properly), you can soak it in a glass of water to use it again.
Storage conditions : POSCA markers can be stored in any position as long as the cover is put back after use. The ball inside can be used to mix the paint, which is perfectly preserved inside the body of the marker. Brush tip POSCA markers should be kept horizontal if possible.

The colors are applied on clean surfaces!
On non-porous surfaces, colors require fixing for water resistance!
On wood, plastic, stone and glass, the colors are fixed with a water-based varnish, specially designed for this purpose.
On the porous, untreated ceramic, the colors are fixed in the oven.
On the treated ceramics, the colors are fixed with a water-based varnish, specially designed for this purpose.
The colors are fixed on the metal with a water-based lacquer, which resists in the open air, specially designed for this purpose.
It is not necessary to fix the colors on the canvas (wool, hemp), paper or cardboard, but to preserve them over time, they can be fixed with a water-based varnish, specially designed for this purpose.
On textile materials, the colors require fixing by ironing with an iron (without steam) or by using a hair dryer.
