Agar-Agar is a seaweed powder, without taste or smell, which successfully replaces gelatin of animal origin.
How to use:
Suitable for use in the preparation of jellies, panna cotta, ice cream and vegetable aspics; ideal for thickening soups or stews.
Dissolve 2.5g of powder in cold water, then boil in approx. 500ml of liquid, stirring continuously until the desired consistency is obtained.
