Description
Dietary food for special medical purposes, for the nutritional management of infants with phenylketonuria and/or hyperphenylalaninemia, from birth to 12 months of age or as a supplement after one year of age. Phenylalanine-free, supplemented with long-chain fatty acids.

How to use
Dosage : as prescribed by the doctor, taking into account the patient's age, body weight, phenylalanine tolerance and nutritional needs.
Shake the bottle well. Pour the required amount of food into the bottle and heat in a bain-marie to the desired temperature (37°C) before administration. Close the bottle tightly after use.
The product is ready to use and does not require further dilution unless expressly indicated by the pediatrician.

warnings
Afenil Uno should be used under medical supervision by people with known hyperphenylalaninemia, including phenylketonuria. Afenil Uno can be used as the sole source of nutrition. The product may present health risks if consumed by people who do not have the specific condition for which it is indicated. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use parenterally. Do not use intravenously.

Conservation
Store the product at a temperature between 8°C and 25°C, in a dry place, away from light and direct heat sources.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 12 months.
Storage period and conditions after first opening the package: 2 days in the refrigerator.

Format
Available in an individual 500 ml bottle and in a pack of 6 bottles of 200 ml each.
