Ingredients
Cryocrushed powder of the flowering aerial part of California poppy* (Eschscholzia californica Cham.).
100% vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
*Obtained from plants titrated between 0.5% and 1.2% in total alkaloids expressed as californidine.

How to use
From 12 years old.
2 capsules during the evening meal and 2 before going to bed with a large glass of water.
