How to use
Tablets to chew or let dissolve in the mouth, preferably in the morning.
- Children (aged 6 and over): ½ tablet per day.
- Adults and adolescents aged 15 years and over: 1 tablet per day

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Contains polyols. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
