Dietary supplement containing zinc, copper, vitamin C, vitamin E, melatonin, taurine, selenium, saw palmetto, nettle and biotin. Useful for those with a deficient diet or with an increased need for these nutrients.
The presence of melatonin helps the body adapt to time zone changes (jet lag).
