Ingredients: organic ground maca root (Lepidium meyenii), organic ground ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), organic baobab fruit pulp (Adansonia digitata), organic beetroot powder (Beta vulgaris).

Method of preparation: mix 2 teaspoons (6g) of the product with 200 ml of water, juice, yogurt, vegetable drink.

The recommended daily dose is 6 g.
