Hydrolyzed collagen type UC-II 40 mg, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) 40 mg (50% NRV), boswellia serrata roxb dry extract resin 20 mg, curcuma longa root 10 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride 82%) 7.3 mg (521% NRV), vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride 79%) 6.07 mg (552% NRV), hyaluronic acid 5 mg, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 4.2 mg (300% NRV), vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 5 mcg (100% NRV), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 2.5 mcg (100% NRV), maltodextrin (bulking agent), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Take 1 capsule daily.
