Contribution of Optimal EFAs BC ingredients (per 4 capsules):
- DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.
- Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain in the fetus and breastfed infants. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the daily dose of Omega fatty acids recommended for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA.
- EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function.
- Alpha-linolenic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA.
