Honey cream with sea buckthorn contains a mix of polyfloral honey and sea buckthorn. 3Cream honey is a product obtained through a complex process of controlled crystallization of polyfloral honey, through this process a honey with a creamy texture is obtained.
Properties:
Creaming is a complex process through which very fine crystals are obtained, which gives it its creamy texture;
Polyflora honey crystallizes easily and its properties remain unchanged after the process of transformation into cream;
Due to the special consistency, the product is easy to spread, being able to be consumed easily, without dripping;
