Use

Before measuring, carefully read the attached instructions for use. Do not do any activity, eat or smoke immediately before the measurement. Always measure on the same arm (usually the left). Remove tight clothing from the arm. Always make sure the cuff is properly attached. Press the ON/OFF button and start the measurement.
