Food supplement with Omega 3 fatty acids.
Concentrate of omega 3 fatty acids (EPA + DHA), indicated in case of low dietary intake of these fatty acids.
- 1 capsule per day: 250 mg of EPA and DHA are useful for normal heart function.
- 2 capsules per day: 250 mg of DHA helps maintain good brain function and contributes to maintaining good vision.
- 4 capsules per day: 2 g of EPA and DHA contribute to maintaining normal blood triglyceride levels.
- 5 capsules per day: 3 of these contribute to maintaining normal blood pressure.

How to use
You can take anywhere from one capsule (EPA 400 mg, DHA 200 mg) to five (EPA 2 g, DHA 1 g) per day, depending on your specific EPA and DHA needs. For those following the Zone diet, the recommended daily dose is four capsules, which provides approximately 2.5 g of EPA and DHA per day.
