INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Use in conjunction with the Enna fertility cap, placing 2 ml on this device before inserting it into the vagina.

Before using the Enna Fertility Cap for the first time, it must be boiled in the microwave with the Enna Box (with water, for 3 minutes at a minimum power of 700W), allowed to dry, and stored in its cotton bag.

Make love (preferably with the woman lying face up) and after her partner has ejaculated, without lying down, take the Enna Fertility Cap, dispense 2 ml of gel into the center of the cap, and with your middle or index finger in the thimble, gently push the cap, guiding it to the bottom of the vagina. The Enna Fertility Cap will then draw any remaining semen and the Enna Fertility Gel to the cervix.

Rinse the enna fertility cap with water and sterilize it again in our enna box container for the next time.
