LIN (Linum)

A genus of plants in the family Inaceae belonging to the order Monpigiaceae. There are about 180 species in temperate and subtropical Mediterranean regions. There are about 6 species in Poland, common flax being the most important. Erect stems with a thick primary crown reach up to 60 cm in height. The flowers of the plants, usually a day old, are most often blue, but come in white, red, pink and yellow.

How to use:

HOW TO USE

- apply directly to the skin

- as body oil after bathing

- excellent in the care of dry lips

- for hair care - rubbed directly into the scalp and hair. Use especially for hair loss, brittle hair and split ends

- moisturizing and regenerating bath - add 10 ml of oil in a bathtub filled with 1/3 hot water. Bath time 15-20 minutes

- as an addition to creams, increasing their effect in inhibiting the formation of free radicals

- used most often and most effectively for bedsores
