Family Health Evening Primrose is a dietary supplement containing oil from the seeds of the evening primrose Oenothera paradoxa, rich in Essential Unsaturated Fatty Acids (EFAs) from the omega-6 family: linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
