The barley sodium contained in femaltiker® plus is briefly soda-based to contain as many nutrients as possible. During the soda process, the bioavailability of the proteins and carbohydrates contained in the barley soda increases. A short period of soda causes less degradation of beta-glucan contained in barley. Only such a special formula and its appropriate technological preparation make it possible to obtain barley sodium with a more digestible and accessible nutritional composition, and thus richer.

Sodium barley is known for its milk-producing properties , its use as a breastfeeding support is considered by experts as a good lactation practice. ¹ femaltiker® was mentioned in the Position of the Expert Group on nutritional recommendations for lactating women (2023) as a preparation that stimulates lactation, the effectiveness of which was confirmed by the results of a clinical trial. ⁵

Folic acid - FolActiv®

An adequate intake of folate in the diet, including during breastfeeding, contributes to adequate blood production. Recommended dose:

Instructions for use:

It is recommended to consume femaltiker® plus 30 minutes to 1 hour before the planned feeding/pumping . The product has a caramel flavor.

Wash your hands before preparing the solution. Use clean dishes. Pour the powder from the sachet into a glass or mug, dissolve in about 150 ml of milk (cold or warm) and mix well. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.

The method of using the product is adapted to the individual nutritional requirements of a lactating woman: in case of allergy or intolerance to cow's milk, you can also use other types of vegetable drinks, i.e. barley, soy, rice, oat, spelled or possibly. water. The preparation can also be mixed with natural or flavored yogurt. An addition to be consumed with various types of dishes or meals.

How to use femaltiker® plus?

The product can be taken throughout breastfeeding, i.e. at the beginning to initiate lactation and during it to stimulate milk production and regulate its quantity.

It is recommended to start using the preparation from the second day after birth if there is no milk production. The minimum duration of use of the preparation is 12 days, but there are no contraindications for long-term use or occasional use in the case of the so-called lactation crisis. Weaning from formula depends on obtaining an amount of milk to ensure continued exclusive breastfeeding.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a proper lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The beneficial effects of the ingredients of the preparation mentioned in the health claims result from the appropriate amount of active ingredients used in accordance with the method of use.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. The product contains cereals that are a source of gluten (from sodium barley).
