Lady's mantle and shepherd's purse contribute to well-being during menstruation. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, and magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, as well as to normal psychological function.

Vitamin D contributes to normal blood calcium levels and vitamin E contributes to protection against oxidative stress.

Application

Recommended intake for women aged 14 and over: If needed, take 2 capsules daily after a meal with sufficient water from the onset of menstruation.
