To ensure a proper fit, bite down and then wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking anything.

During the first few uses, you may experience slight discomfort or itching. This may occur throughout the day or during application of the product. This is normal as long as it does not cause pain, irritation or excessive itching.

This product should not be used by people with advanced gingivitis or periodontitis.
