Recommended daily intake

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 teaspoon (1.5 g) daily. Pour 1 cup (150 ml) of boiling water over the serving. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Strain. Drink the prepared infusion once daily, preferably before a meal.
