Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac) tuber powder, garcinia (Garcinia cambogia Gaernt Desr.) fruit peel tit. 55% hydroxycitric acid, gelatin (capsule); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules before main meals, with plenty of water.

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. People with swallowing difficulties or swallowing without adequate fluid intake may pose a choking hazard.
