Composition:
Camellia sinensis (green tea).

Indications:

• Through its antioxidant effect and the lowering of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, green tea reduces the risk of atherosclerosis and helps the cardiovascular system to function properly.
• Due to the antioxidant effect, green tea infusion used as a face lotion delays the appearance of signs of aging (especially the appearance of wrinkles) and improves the appearance and quality of the skin.
• Because it contains caffeine, theophylline and theobromine, green tea is an intellectual and physical stimulant, with a much milder action than coffee. Being a burning stimulant and diuretic, it can be used in weight loss.

Contraindications:
Does not have.

Administration method:
Put an envelope in a cup and pour hot water over it. Leave covered for 5-10 minutes. It is used sweetened to taste.
