Magnesium bisglycinate (20%), vegetable capsule from hypromellose (HPMC - Hard empty capsule from Hypromellose), added substances: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, vitamin B6 - pyridoxine.

Recommended daily dose

2 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The estimated period of use of a package is 45 days.
