Product use

Break off a piece of floss and hold it taut between your fingers, then gently slide it into the interdental space. Move it up and down to remove plaque and food particles. Before moving through the next space, switch to the next section of floss.

Notes and precautions

Avoid "sticking" the floss into the gums, as this may lead to cuts, bleeding and mechanical damage.
The floss should be guided in a zigzag (sawing) motion, and not abruptly "jumped" across the point of contact of the teeth.
