Description
Intense, slightly sour, smoky. As the name indicates ("gunpowder" in English) this is a strong tea. Leaves rolled into balls resemble gunpowder. A green tea with an intense taste, slightly bitter-sour and subtly smoky. It goes well with Asian dishes, especially maki and sushi, but also harmonizes well with cereals.
