Wash your hands with soap and rinse with clean water.
The fecal material sample is collected in the collection paper or in clean containers.
Use the collection paper to avoid contamination of the sample, taking care that the part with the sample does not touch objects that can contaminate, including toilet cleaning solutions.
Unscrew the cap of the collection tube.
Randomly pierce the sample in at least 3 different places with the applicator, without detaching pieces.
Close the tube cap and shake well to mix the sample with the extraction buffer solution.
Leave the bag at room temperature before opening.
Remove the test box from the foil and use it immediately.
Open the collection tube and break the tip.
Pour 2 full drops into each sample well (S) of the cassette, avoiding air bubbles.
Read the result after 10 minutes.
Do not interpret after 20 minutes.

The test is uniquely usable.
Do not disassemble or touch the test box window.
The kit is not kept frozen and is not used after the expiration date.
The used test is disposed of according to local regulations.
