Experts agree that breast milk is the best food for babies in the first six months of life. Therefore, WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding during this period. Preparation:

• Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool to about 40-50 °C
• Pour cooled boiled water into the bottle
• Measure the powder (amount according to the dosage table) with a measuring cup - fill the measuring cup loosely and remove the excess powder with the back of a knife
• Add the powder to the bottle and close the bottle
• Shake vigorously
• Allow to cool to approximately 37°C (drinking temperature)
• Do not forget to check the temperature of the product before feeding the baby
