Properties:
It is a plant valued in Romanian folk medicine for its diuretic effects, useful for maintaining the health of the urinary tract, maintaining a normal level of uric acid and reducing water retention. In addition, the high content of Silicon makes the product have a beneficial effect on bones, hair, nails and skin.

Ingredients:
5:1 Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) extract with a minimum of 7% silicates in a wheat maltodextrin base (bulking agent): 300 mg

Recommended:
- in water retention;
- cystitis;
- for the elimination of residues from the kidneys;
- in case of hair loss, brittle nails and dry skin;
- type II diabetes.

Administration method:
1 capsule 3 times a day, 20-30 minutes before meals

Contraindications:
Do not administer to pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 3 years, people with edema caused by heart or kidney failure or kidney stones.
