Psyllium seeds, upon contact with water, become covered with mucus and form a gel that helps move the masses remaining in the intestines, which is especially helpful during periodic constipation. In addition, they are characterized by a high content of dietary fiber, which supports intestinal function and increases the feeling of satiety, and a high protein content, which helps maintain healthy bones.

Suggested dosage:

It should be taken twice a day: in the morning and in the evening.

Instructions for use:

Ready-to-use product after preparation: pour 2-3 teaspoons of psyllium into a glass of juice or water, leave for about 20 minutes, then drink. You can mix it with psyllium in the proportions psyllium 80%, psyllium 20%. When consuming the product, drink large amounts of water, at least 2 liters of fluids a day.
