Herbs for kidneys 340g Zielarnia Suwałska

The herbal mixture according to the recipe of Andreas Mortiz.

Ingredients:

Chicory plant – Cichorium intybus (40g)

Tree root hydrangea – Hydrangea arborescens (40g)

Fennel fruits - Foeniculum vulgare (40g)

Bear leaf – Arctostaphylos uva-ursi (40g)

Common sedge plant – Solidago virgaurea (40g)

Marshmallow root – Althaea officinalis (40g)

Purple root – Eupatorium purpureum (40g)

Downy bark (Vilcacora) – Uncaria tementosa (20g)

Garden marjoram leaf - Marjoram oregano (20g)

Common nettle root – Urtica dioica (20 g)

How to use:

Soak 3 tablespoons (about 12g of herbs) overnight in two glasses of water, boil in the morning and strain.

Without pre-soaking, you can simply cook for about 10 minutes.

Drink in small sips throughout the day, additionally drink at least 2-3 liters of clean water per day.
