La Roche-Posay Mela B3 Micro-peeling Cleansing and Exfoliating Gel purifies and smoothes the skin. Enriched with the active ingredient Melasyl, PHA and Niacinamide, it gently cleanses the skin, visibly and immediately smoothing its texture. It corrects dark spots and evens out skin tone.
The new active ingredient to combat hyperpigmentation like never before. Melasyl ensures superior efficacy against hyperpigmentation, compared to 5 reference active ingredients
Polyhydroxy acids (PHA)
A gentle exfoliating acid that boosts surface skin cell turnover, resulting in a brighter, more even complexion.
