Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) - supports the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

Recommended daily intake

Children from 4 to 8 years of age: half a teaspoon daily.
Children from 8 years of age: 1 teaspoon daily.

Children up to 4 years of age: after consultation with a doctor.
