How to use:
To take a measurement, you should relax and sit comfortably, in a sitting position, with your feet supported.
30 minutes before measuring your blood pressure, do not take a bath, do not consume alcohol or caffeine, do not smoke, do not exercise.
Sit with your back straight, without crossing your legs.
The arm on which the measurement is made must be supported and the arm cuff must be positioned at the same level as the heart.
Do not move or talk during the measurement.
