Description
Food supplement of mineral salts and creatine.
Minerals must be consumed daily because our bodies cannot synthesize them. Magnesium is essential for many basic processes, such as nerve transmission, proper electrolyte balance, normal muscle function, and the maintenance of bones and teeth. Potassium contributes to normal muscle and nerve function; it also plays an important role in maintaining normal blood pressure.
Contains sweeteners. Orange flavor.

Maltodextrin, magnesium citrate; acidity regulator: citric acid; potassium citrate, creatine monohydrate, flavoring, magnesium oxide; sweetener: sucralose; coloring: beta-carotene.

How to use
For adults. The recommended dose is 2 sachets per day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water, stir well until completely dissolved, and drink immediately.

Warnings
Due to the presence of creatine, this product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if the sachet is broken.

Conservation
Store in a cool (<25°C), dry place; avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 24 months.
