How to find the right breastplate size

The correct size of the PersonalFit PLUS breast shield depends on the diameter of your nipple. To determine this, first measure the diameter of your nipple at the base (across the center) in millimeters (mm) using a ruler or measuring tape, without including the areola. You can then use this diameter to determine your PersonalFit PLUS breast shield size. For example, if your nipple has a diameter of 17 mm, add 4 mm. The recommended breast shield size in this case would be 21 mm.
