It is a disposable medical device for rectal use, based on glycerol.
Indications:
- Reduction of defecation effort in people with hernias, cardiovascular diseases, or other diseases where defecation effort is not indicated
- Megacolon or bedridden patients
- Constipation associated with formed, hard stools.
Composition per dose:
Glycerol 6.75 g, glycerinated chamomile extract 0.3 g, glycerinated mallow extract 0.3 g, wheat starch 0.06 g, distilled water 9 g.
Contraindications:
Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, intestinal obstruction.
Administration method:
- 1 microenema as needed, or according to medical prescription
- Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
