Lecithin contains phospholipids. These important substances for the body are components of the brain and nerve cells, as well as all tissues. The essential polyunsaturated fatty acid, linoleic acid, as found in vegetable lecithin, can contribute to a normal blood cholesterol level. The positive effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid from this product and from other sources. In addition, soy lecithin is an important natural source of choline, which contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and normal homocysteine metabolism. For these reasons, lecithin granules can make a valuable contribution to the diet of all age groups.
Instructions for use:
Adults 14 g (approx. 2 measuring spoons) per day, children from 4 years 7 g (approx. 1 measuring spoon) per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
