How to use.
The recommended dose is between 3 and 6 tablets per day. Alternatively, for the 250g package of biomass powder, the recommended use is 2 teaspoons per day (each teaspoon contains 2g).
The tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole, preferably with warm water. Alternatively, the biomass powder can be mixed with meals.
Components:
maitake biomass (grifola frondosa berk) - mycelium.
For tablet packaging only, bulking agents: vegetable stearic acid, methylcellulose, silica; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
