Description
Food supplement with the TriNOVA COMPLEX combination, studied on the three phases of sleep, which contains:
- melatonin: helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep;
- California poppy and lemon balm extracts (100% plant-based): help reduce night-time awakenings;
- passionflower extract (100% plant-based): promotes quality sleep.
Thanks to NOVANIGHT's new technology, melatonin is released more quickly, within the first 15 minutes of taking it.

Ingredients
Passionflower dry extract (Passiflora incarnata L. - aerial parts); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose; lemon balm dry extract (Melissa officinalis L. - leaves); bulking agents: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum; glazing agent: polyvinyl alcohol; California poppy dry extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham. - aerial parts); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; glazing agent: polyethylene glycol; colouring plant extract (spirulina), melatonin; emulsifier: polysorbate 80; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); colourings: carminic acid/carmine, vegetable carbon.

How to use
Adults: 1 tablet per day to be taken as needed, shortly before going to bed.
The beneficial effect of melatonin on reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained with 1 mg before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
People under medical supervision, pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this dietary supplement.
It is advisable not to drive or operate machinery after taking NOVANIGHT.
