Wash your hands thoroughly.2. Wash the utensils you will need (bottle, teat and screw). Sterilize the bottle, teat and screw together in boiling water for 5 minutes.3. Boil water and leave until it is lukewarm, to approximately 45°C. Pour the appropriate amount into the bottle.4. Add the number of level measures recommended in the dosage table.5. Close the bottle and shake until the contents are completely dissolved.6. Before feeding the child, check that the milk is at the correct temperature.7.
