It is used daily, during meals, with sufficient water, depending on body weight:

Composition/1 ml (daily dose): omega 3 acids (70 mg EPA and 97 mg DHA) – 210 mg, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – 0.0015 mg.
Other ingredients: purified Arctic cod liver oil, antioxidants (rosemary extract, RRR-alpha-tocopherol), olive oil.

Shake the bottle well before use.
