OptiFibre consists of 100% soluble fiber from guar gum. This fiber serves as an energy source for important gut bacteria of the intestinal flora (e.g., bifidobacteria, lactobacillus).
The flavorless powder can be stirred into cold or warm liquids as well as pureed foods. It dissolves completely in drinks and food without affecting taste or consistency. Adequate daily fluid intake and sufficient exercise are important.
