Food supplement based on silicon dioxide with zinc, selenium and biotin.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails, bones, and skin; selenium contributes to the maintenance of hair and nails; biotin contributes to the maintenance of skin, hair, and mucous membranes.

Ingredients
Silicon dioxide,; Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, corn starch, zinc gluconate, manganese gluconate, sodium selenite, biotin.

How to use
1 capsule per day away from meals, accompanied by a glass of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
