Active ingredients and properties:
- magnesium, together with potassium for normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous and muscular systems;
- potassium to maintain normal blood pressure;
- iron for the normal formation of red blood cells, which are important for transporting oxygen in the blood;
- zinc for the normal functioning of the immune system, largely influenced by physical activity and sports;
- chromium for maintaining normal blood glucose concentrations;
- vitamin B6 for the normal formation of red blood cells and the normal functioning of the immune system;
- vitamin B12 for the normal functioning of the nervous system and the normal formation of red blood cells.

Ingredients:
Potassium bicarbonate, magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), sodium carboxymethylcellulose and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (thickening agents), fatty acids (anti-caking agents), zinc sulfate, ferrous sulfate, magnesium salts of food fatty acids (anti-caking agents ), hydroxypropylcellulose (stabilizer), pyridoxine hydrochloride, talc and silicon dioxide (anti-caking agents), cyanocobalamin, coconut oil (gelatinizing agent), titanium dioxide (color), chromium (III) chloride.

Administration method:
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day, after a meal, with a sufficient amount of liquid, without chewing.
For easier administration, the tablet can be cut in half.
