How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 drops of soybean essential oil per day, diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water, to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking).
External use is possible for relaxing massages by appropriately diluting in an emollient base or by adding a few drops to aroma diffusers.

2 drops contain an average of 87 mg of rosemary essential oil.

Close carefully after use.
