Recommended intake:

You can use it at any time of the day as a whole meal (full portion) or as a snack (half portion).

Full serving: Add 100 g of the product (2 scoops or 5 heaped tablespoons) to 400 ml of milk/plant-based drink or water. Mix for 15 seconds.
Half serving: Add 50 g of the product (1 scoop or 5 flat tablespoons) to 200 ml of milk/plant-based drink or water. Mix for 15 seconds.

Important:
