These nighttime pads are specifically designed to prevent leakage while lying down: they are extra long and wider at the back to ensure optimal protection throughout the night.

Can outsiders tell that I'm wearing an orthotic insert?
TENA® discreet Mini Plus pads adapt perfectly to the body with their asymmetrical shape and are therefore invisible under clothing. Effective odor control provides additional discretion and a feeling of security by not just masking unpleasant odors, but neutralizing them.

Why do I constantly need to go to the toilet even though I haven't drunk anything?
If you frequently experience sudden, strong urges to urinate, you may have urge incontinence. This is characterized by a very frequent need to go to the toilet, even when your bladder is not full. Furthermore, not only drinks but also foods can have a strong diuretic effect: consuming vegetables and fruits such as asparagus, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, oranges, and limes can lead to an increased urge to urinate.
