Ingredients:
Calendula tincture (Flores Calendulae), ethyl alcohol min. 40% m/m.
Originally from southern Europe, this plant is currently cultivated in all temperate regions of the world.
The flowers are harvested throughout the summer, only when the weather is sunny.

The main constituents: triterpenes, resinous juice, bitter glucosides, essential oil, sterols, flavonoids, mucilages, carotene.

Pharmacological action:
Anti-inflammatory, astringent, hemostatic (stops bleeding), antiseptic, cicatrizing, purifying, slightly estrogenic, emmenagogue, antifungal, antibacterial.

Recommendations:
Internal use:
gastritis and gastric ulcer due to cicatrizing and anti-inflammatory properties;
menstrual pain and regulation of the menstrual cycle, due to the fact that it stimulates the production of estrogen hormones;
biliary dyskinesia and cholecystopathy, colic and biliary calculosis due to the purifying action, elimination of toxins from the body and the choleretic-cholagogic effect.
External use:
Calendula tincture has cicatrizing, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antibacterial properties.

Due to these multiple properties, it is recommended in:
leucorrhoea and vaginal candidiasis;
cuts, scratches, burns (including sunburn) and inflammation of the skin;
acne, foot fungus called "athlete's foot", skin rashes, candidiasis and buttock erythema in small children;
soothes nipple pain due to breastfeeding.

Mode of administration:
Internally, take 20-30 drops diluted in 100 ml of water or tea, 3 times a day. Sitz baths are done externally, compresses are applied to the affected area. For external use, dilute 5 teaspoons of tincture in 1 liter of water. In local applications, the eyes, nasal mucosa, inner and middle ear will be protected. Do not apply on open wounds. Since the tincture contains ethyl alcohol, it dries the skin and it is necessary to protect the skin with marigold ointment.

Precautions and adverse effects:
Pregnant women and nursing mothers will use the product only with the doctor's advice. No adverse effects are known.

Contains ethyl alcohol!

Contraindications:
Infants and small children; severe liver or kidney failure; serious conditions of gastric ulcer; people for whom the consumption of alcohol is contraindicated.
