CREATINE+ contains creatine monohydrate powder. The product is enriched with vitamin C and sodium. Creatine increases physical performance during successive bursts of short, high-intensity exercise.

WHO DO WE RECOMMEND CREATINE + TO?

CREATINE + is especially recommended for athletes practicing strength and speed-strength disciplines.

Recommended intake:

Mix a single serving of the product – 5 g (1 scoop) – with 250 ml of water or juice. Take 1 serving daily.
On training days: 1 serving 30 minutes before training or 1 serving immediately after training.
On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up or 1 serving before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients:

76% creatine monohydrate; 22% sodium citrate (sodium); 2% vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid). The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.
